Description

A simple and delicious recipe for making your own oven-baked cottage cheese crackers at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil.
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
