Description

A delicious and versatile frittata recipe perfect for brunch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or feta)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the diced vegetables, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  4. In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
