Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and taco seasoning, cook until heated through.
  4. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half with cheese, and add the chicken mixture.
  5. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve with salsa or sour cream.
