Description

A hearty and comforting casserole made with ground beef and vegetables, perfect for a family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in the green beans, corn, and cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with tater tots and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
