Description

A delicious and juicy grilled chicken recipe with a flavorful herb crust.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts with the herb mixture.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours before grilling.
