- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Cooked rice or quinoa
- Steamed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, etc.)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened, about 6-8 minutes.
- Serve the chicken over cooked rice or quinoa and top with steamed vegetables.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
