- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, and almond or peanut butter.
- Add in the chopped nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and press down firmly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

- Store bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
