Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  4. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
  5. Place a few raspberries on top of the chocolate.
  6. Cover the raspberries with more melted chocolate until they are fully submerged.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
