- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
- Place a few raspberries on top of the chocolate.
- Cover the raspberries with more melted chocolate until they are fully submerged.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
- Remove from the muffin tin and enjoy your healthy chocolate raspberry cups!
