Description

A delicious and healthy Hawaiian-inspired chicken dish perfect for a quick dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grilled Chicken Strips
  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 1/4 cup Huli Huli Sauce
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the Jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. Grill the chicken strips until fully cooked.
  3. Toss the grilled chicken with Huli Huli sauce.
  4. Layer the cooked rice on a plate, followed by the chicken strips.
  5. Add pineapple chunks and sprinkle with green onions.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
