- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs on a sheet pan and pour the marinade over them.
- Add pineapple chunks and sliced bell peppers around the chicken.
- Toss everything to coat well.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
