Description

A delightful and easy Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan recipe perfect for a spring dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs on a sheet pan and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Add pineapple chunks and sliced bell peppers around the chicken.
  5. Toss everything to coat well.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
