Description

A delicious and hearty casserole made with ham and potatoes, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, diced ham, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the potato and ham mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
