- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 1 cup of diced ham
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped herbs for added flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it lightly with cooking spray.
- Layer 2-3 sheets of phyllo dough on a clean surface. Lightly brush with melted butter, then cut into 4-inch squares.
- Press the dough squares into the muffin tin cups to form little cups.
- Whisk the eggs and heavy cream together in a bowl until fully combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; add optional herbs if desired.
- Fill each cup with a spoonful of diced ham and a generous pinch of cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the fillings until each cup is about ¾ full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the eggs are set.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before gently removing them from the muffin tin.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
