Instructions

- Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting to spread it evenly.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
- Add the diced ham and shredded cheese to one half of the omelette.
- Carefully fold the other half over the filling and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
