- 1 round Brie cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the Brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
- Spread the raspberry jam over the top of the Brie.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese, sealing it well.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
- Can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Adjust the amount of raspberry jam to your taste.
