- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced

- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches your desired level of creaminess.
- Add lime juice, kosher salt, and chopped cilantro.
- Stir in diced onion, tomato, and jalapeño (if using).
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, lime juice, or black pepper as needed.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
Notes
Best enjoyed immediately. To store, sprinkle lime juice on top to prevent browning.
