Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (garnish)
- Crumbled beef bacon (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Add chicken and coat well. Marinate 1 hour or overnight.
- Thread onto skewers.
- Grill on medium-high for 4–5 minutes per side.
- Brush with extra marinade during final minute (optional).
- Remove and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with corn salad, grilled veggies, or flatbread for a full meal. Use beef bacon crumbles for extra crunch without pork.
