Description

Creamy, smoky, and loaded with garlic-parmesan flavor, these chicken skewers are the perfect backyard crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (garnish)
  • Crumbled beef bacon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken and coat well. Marinate 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Thread onto skewers.
  4. Grill on medium-high for 4–5 minutes per side.
  5. Brush with extra marinade during final minute (optional).
  6. Remove and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with corn salad, grilled veggies, or flatbread for a full meal. Use beef bacon crumbles for extra crunch without pork.
