Description
A delightful summer dish featuring tender chicken breasts marinated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce, perfect for grilling.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and place on the grill.
- Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Serve the grilled chicken with the reserved marinade as a dressing.
Notes
For even more flavor, consider marinating the chicken overnight. Adjust cooking times if using chicken thighs instead of breasts.
