Learn how to make perfectly juicy and flavorful grilled chicken skewers with this easy recipe.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the skewers.
  • Adjust the marinade ingredients to taste.
