A simple and delicious recipe for making the perfect grilled cheese sandwich.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Optional: fruit like blueberries or bacon
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add cheese slices on top of the bread.
- If desired, add fruit or bacon on top of the cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
