Description

A delicious and crispy take on fries, infused with Greek flavors that will elevate your snack experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Feta cheese, crumbled (for topping)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thick fries.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking.
