Description

A delightful blend of crispy roasted potatoes and tangy feta cheese, embodying the heart of Greek cuisine.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (e.g., oregano, thyme)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, then add minced garlic, crumbled feta cheese, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
  6. Serve warm with grilled meats or fresh salads.

Notes

Choose Russet or Yukon gold potatoes for the best texture. Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet for even roasting.
