Greek Feta & Cucumber Bite Skewers are the perfect refreshing appetizer that will wow your guests!


Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 200g feta cheese, cubed
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the cucumber into thick rounds.
  2. Cube the feta cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  3. On each skewer, thread a cucumber slice, a cube of feta, a cherry tomato half, and a mint leaf.
  4. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the feta in herbs before skewering.
