Instructions
- Start by slicing the cucumber into thick rounds.
- Cube the feta cheese into bite-sized pieces.
- On each skewer, thread a cucumber slice, a cube of feta, a cherry tomato half, and a mint leaf.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper before serving.
