- 1 cup grape jelly
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a separate bowl, mix together grape jelly and barbecue sauce.
- Pour the grape jelly mixture over the meatballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
