Learn how to make delicious and crunchy granola clusters at home with this easy recipe.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nuts, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the honey (or maple syrup) and coconut oil over low heat until melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before breaking into clusters.
  9. Add dried fruits and mix well.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
  • Feel free to customize with your favorite nuts and dried fruits.
  • For a sweeter taste, add more honey or maple syrup.
