Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nuts, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, combine the honey (or maple syrup) and coconut oil over low heat until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before breaking into clusters.
- Add dried fruits and mix well.
