- 500g Fresh mushrooms
- 200g Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Truffle oil
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Clean and slice the mushrooms.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Crumble in the Gorgonzola cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Drizzle in the truffle oil and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
