Description

A decadent dish featuring rich, creamy sauce and earthy mushrooms, enhanced by tangy Gorgonzola cheese and aromatic truffle oil.


Ingredients

  • 500g Fresh mushrooms
  • 200g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Truffle oil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Crumble in the Gorgonzola cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  7. Drizzle in the truffle oil and mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
