- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Instructions
- Season the lamb chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Mince the garlic and finely chop the fresh rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and rosemary to the oil and sauté until fragrant.
- Place the lamb chops in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Allow lamb chops to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking for even doneness. Avoid overcrowding the pan when cooking.
