Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the lamb chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Mince the garlic and finely chop the fresh rosemary.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and rosemary to the oil and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Place the lamb chops in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Allow lamb chops to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking for even doneness. Avoid overcrowding the pan when cooking.
