- 1 large head of cabbage
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with the garlic oil mixture.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and the center is tender.
- If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add herbs like thyme or rosemary to the garlic oil mixture.
- These cabbage steaks can be served as a side dish or as a main vegetarian dish.
