  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with the garlic oil mixture.
  5. Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and the center is tender.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
