Description

Delicious chicken thighs marinated in a garlic Parmesan mixture, grilled to perfection for a mouthwatering meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut chicken thighs into chunks and toss them in the garlic Parmesan mixture until well coated.
  4. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
