Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut chicken thighs into chunks and toss them in the garlic Parmesan mixture until well coated.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
