Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
