Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs, perfect for a spring dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
