Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheese Bombs are golden, buttery bites stuffed with melty mozzarella and brushed with garlicky goodness. Ready in 25 minutes, they’re the perfect comfort food for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can biscuit dough (or 1 lb pizza dough)
  • 6 pieces mozzarella string cheese, cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate biscuit dough or divide pizza dough into 12 even pieces.
  3. Place half a cheese stick in the center of each dough piece.
  4. Seal tightly around the cheese and roll into balls. Place seam side down on baking sheet.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic and Italian seasoning. Brush each dough ball with garlic butter.
  6. Sprinkle tops with grated parmesan.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, mix a pinch of red pepper flakes into the garlic butter. These freeze well—just bake, cool, and store in a zip bag. Reheat in oven or air fryer for best results.
