Description

A delicious and easy recipe for Garlic Butter Steak & Broccoli Ramen that combines tender steak, fresh broccoli, and flavorful ramen noodles in a garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the flank steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  6. Add the broccoli florets and sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Stir in the cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well to combine.
  8. Slice the steak and serve it on top of the ramen and broccoli mixture.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak in soy sauce and garlic for a few hours before cooking.
  • You can substitute the flank steak with sirloin or ribeye if preferred.
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
