A delicious and easy recipe for Garlic Butter Steak & Broccoli Ramen that combines tender steak, fresh broccoli, and flavorful ramen noodles in a garlic butter sauce.

- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the flank steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well to combine.
- Slice the steak and serve it on top of the ramen and broccoli mixture.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak in soy sauce and garlic for a few hours before cooking.
- You can substitute the flank steak with sirloin or ribeye if preferred.
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
