Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the cooked bowtie pasta and mix well to combine.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
