Frozen S’mores are a chilled, no-bake dessert featuring layers of chocolate pudding, whipped topping, cream cheese, and marshmallow crème between crisp graham crackers. Perfect for summer, they’re rich, creamy, and irresistibly nostalgic.

- 1 (5.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding
- 2 ½ cups whole milk
- 2 ½ cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
- 12 graham crackers, halved (24 squares total)
- 5 oz cream cheese, softened
- 7 oz marshmallow crème
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra overhang.
- In a bowl, whisk pudding mix, milk, and ½ cup whipped topping until smooth. Layer half the graham crackers in the pan and spread pudding mix on top. Freeze for 10–15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and marshmallow crème until smooth. Fold in remaining whipped topping and salt. Spread over the pudding layer.
- Top with remaining graham crackers. Cover with foil and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Lift from pan using parchment. Slice into 12 bars and let sit 10–15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese and thawed whipped topping for smooth layers. For extra flair, drizzle melted chocolate over the top before freezing. Wrap individual bars for quick treats anytime.
