Description

A delicious and hearty dish combining cabbage, ground beef, and Fritos for a crunchy topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Fritos corn chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook until it begins to soften.
  3. Stir in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Mix well and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a serving dish, layer the beef and cabbage mixture, then top with Fritos and shredded cheese.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
