- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a skillet, sauté the sliced onions over medium heat until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Add the beef broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Place the meatballs in a baking dish and pour the onion and broth mixture over them.
