- 2 pounds of frozen hash browns
- 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of French onion dip
- 1 cup of crispy fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, French onion dip, and half of the crispy fried onions. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining crispy fried onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are heated through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
