Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of frozen hash browns
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of French onion dip
  • 1 cup of crispy fried onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, French onion dip, and half of the crispy fried onions. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining crispy fried onions.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are heated through.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
