- 1 pound of roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese on top of the beef.
- In a small bowl, mix the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the broth mixture evenly over the beef and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or peppers to the beef layer.
- Serve with additional beef broth for dipping.
- Can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
