Description

A delicious and easy-to-make twist on the classic French dip sandwich, perfect for gatherings and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese on top of the beef.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the broth mixture evenly over the beef and cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares and serving.

  • For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or peppers to the beef layer.
  • Serve with additional beef broth for dipping.
