Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the bottom buns.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the roast beef.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns.
  8. Pour the beef broth into the baking dish around the sliders.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
