These French Dip Sliders are a delightful twist on the classic sandwich, perfect for parties or a cozy dinner.

- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onions, caramelized
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat the beef broth and add the sliced roast beef, warming it through.
- Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and layer the bottom half with the warmed roast beef.
- Add caramelized onions and sprinkle with provolone cheese on top of the beef.
- Cover with the top half of the slider buns.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Serve warm with a side of beef broth for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some horseradish sauce to the beef before assembling the sliders.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to use different types of cheese, such as Swiss or cheddar.
