Description

These French Dip Sliders are a delightful twist on the classic sandwich, perfect for parties or a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onions, caramelized
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the beef broth and add the sliced roast beef, warming it through.
  3. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and layer the bottom half with the warmed roast beef.
  4. Add caramelized onions and sprinkle with provolone cheese on top of the beef.
  5. Cover with the top half of the slider buns.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with a side of beef broth for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some horseradish sauce to the beef before assembling the sliders.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
