Description

Delicious and savory French Dip Sliders perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the onions until they are caramelized.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the bottom half of the slider buns.
  4. Add a layer of roast beef on top of the buns.
  5. Sprinkle the caramelized onions over the roast beef.
  6. Add the shredded provolone cheese on top.
  7. Place the top half of the slider buns over the cheese.
  8. Mix the melted butter with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then brush it over the top of the buns.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  10. While the sliders are baking, heat the beef broth in a small saucepan.
  11. Serve the sliders warm with a side of beef broth for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some horseradish sauce to the roast beef.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
