Delicious and savory French Dip Sliders perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the onions until they are caramelized.
- In a baking dish, layer the bottom half of the slider buns.
- Add a layer of roast beef on top of the buns.
- Sprinkle the caramelized onions over the roast beef.
- Add the shredded provolone cheese on top.
- Place the top half of the slider buns over the cheese.
- Mix the melted butter with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then brush it over the top of the buns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- While the sliders are baking, heat the beef broth in a small saucepan.
- Serve the sliders warm with a side of beef broth for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some horseradish sauce to the roast beef.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to use different types of cheese if desired.
