Instructions

- Fold in the vanilla, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Turn off the oven and place the baking sheet inside. Allow the cookies to bake slowly in the residual heat for several hours, or overnight.
