Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill or pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill or pan-sear the flank steak for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve and enjoy!
