Description

A flavorful marinade that transforms flank steak into a tender, juicy masterpiece with a blend of savory, tangy, and aromatic ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill or pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill or pan-sear the flank steak for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  7. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, marinate for up to 24 hours and always slice against the grain for tenderness.
