Description

- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
