Description

A delicious and spicy chicken ramen dish topped with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a spring dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil, mixing well.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  7. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
