A simple and delicious recipe for making creamy egg custard.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Gradually add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into custard cups or a baking dish.
- Place the cups in a baking pan and fill the pan with hot water halfway up the sides of the cups.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the custard is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
