Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. On each noodle, spread a layer of the ricotta mixture, followed by ground beef and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  7. Roll up the noodles and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
