- 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
- Add the sliced beef steak and cook until browned.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cream cheese until well combined.
- Add the provolone cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
