Ingredients

  • 1 package of filo pastry
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the filo pastry and cover it with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
  3. Take one sheet of filo pastry, brush it with melted butter, and layer another sheet on top.
  4. Cut the layered pastry into squares or rectangles.
  5. Place a small piece of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pocket.
  7. Place the filled pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with more melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired and serve warm.
