- 1 package of filo pastry
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the filo pastry and cover it with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
- Take one sheet of filo pastry, brush it with melted butter, and layer another sheet on top.
- Cut the layered pastry into squares or rectangles.
- Place a small piece of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pocket.
- Place the filled pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with more melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Make sure to keep the filo pastry covered while working to prevent it from drying out.
- Feel free to experiment with different fillings, such as nuts or other fruits.
