Description

A delicious and easy-to-make recipe featuring cheesy spirals filled with bacon, lettuce, and tomato.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Spread the shredded cheese evenly over the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, chopped lettuce, and diced tomato on top of the cheese.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  6. Slice the log into spirals and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
