Ingredients

  • 1 cup spring M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for frosting
  • 2 tablespoons milk for frosting
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for frosting


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking pan.
  2. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in another bowl until fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Gently fold in the M&Ms and sprinkles.
  7. Spread the batter into an even layer in the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool completely.
  10. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together until smooth for frosting, and spread over the cooled cookie cake.
  11. Decorate with extra sprinkles if desired.
