Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking pan.
- Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in another bowl until fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the M&Ms and sprinkles.
- Spread the batter into an even layer in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together until smooth for frosting, and spread over the cooled cookie cake.
